Bathroom Warehouse Lowest Price Pledge is subjected to the prevailing terms and conditions:
1) product being matched must be “like-for-like”. ie. of the same brand, model and specifications.
2) price guarantee does not apply to prices taken from online stores, parallel importers, second-hand sellers, unauthorised distributors and all sellers outside of Singapore.
3) does not apply to any appliances such as but not restricted to heaters, fans, ovens, microwaves, hobs and hoods
4) does not apply to any 3rd party charges, installation and delivery charges
5) does not apply to any clearance sales promoted by other parties
6) does not apply on trade-in values and offers on trade-in products done by other parties
7) does not apply for any purchase-with-free-gifts and purchase-with-purchase promotions, whether done by our competitors or by Bathroom Warehouse
8) photos of in-store price tags and advertisement will need to be verified by Bathroom Warehouse before being accepted
9) price difference must be made known to us within 14 days of purchase
10) prices difference + 2% will be refunded in terms of store credit
11) store credit must be spent within one year from date of purchase.
12) In the interest of the customer, Bathroom Warehouse reserves the right to refund the purchase and void the sales entirely should price difference be more than 10%
13) in the event of any disputes over any claims not touched in the above terms and conditions Bathroom Warehouse’s management will have the final say
What if I have already made my purchase at Bathroom Warehouse, but I found a competitor selling at a lower price the next day while shopping?
In the rare event you found someone else with a lower price than us within 14 days from purchase, just bring the item you had already purchased to us and we will refund you the price difference plus 2% in terms of store credit which you can use to make other purchases.
What if I found something that looks similar at a cheaper price but is from a different brand or has a different SKU from the one I bought at Bathroom Warehouse.
Our Lowest Price Pledge is based on a “like-for-like” basis for the same product, brand origin and model. In such a scenario, Bathroom Warehouse will not be able to refund the price difference.
Which stores/competitors are considered valid for price matching by Bathroom Warehouse?
We will only match the prices from any brick and mortar shops within Singapore with a physical shop or showroom.
How do I show “proof of price”?
Kindly provide a picture of the competitor price tag, advertisement or quotation, with the competitor’s name visible to facilitate the price match. Bathroom Warehouse reserves the right to check and ensure the competitor prices or promotions were valid with 14 days of your purchase.
Does Bathroom Warehouse match “purchase with free gifts”?
No, Bathroom Warehouse will not match Purchase with free gifts as it is not a “like-for-like” comparison.
What if I have bought a product from Bathroom Warehouse that come with a free gift but found the exact same product cheaper at a competitor but they do not have a free gift, can I return the free gift for the same price?
Unfortunately, Bathroom Warehouse will not be able to price match in this scenario as it is not a like-for-like comparison.
What if the competitor is selling a product that is not in stock? Ie. Pre-orders.
In such scenario, the product is not eligible for a price match.
Does Bathroom Warehouse match discounts applied on overall purchase.
In the event there is an overall discount being applied on the competitor quotation resulting in the product seemingly becoming cheaper than Bathroom Warehouse, Bathroom Warehouse will match only on a case-by-case basis depending on the overall purchase of the customer with Bathroom Warehouse.
What if the prices of the competitor pricing is lower due to additional discount from credit cards or other similar payment method?
No, Bathroom Warehouse will not match additional discounts offered using certain credit cards or payment system.
Does Bathroom Warehouse match offers on trade-in-products?
No, Bathroom Warehouse will not match trade-in values and offers on trade-in products.
How will the price difference be refunded to me?
The price difference will be refunded via in-store credit which will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
