Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The contest is open to all Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents aged 18 and above. Individuals under 18 may register but can only claim a prize if they turn 18 by the contest date.
  • Participants must like and follow at least two Bathroom Warehouse social media pages and include the hashtag #WinWithBathroomWarehouse in their post to qualify.
  • To redeem a prize, participants must provide an invoice reference for purchases made at Bathroom Warehouse totalling at least S$1,000 between January 1, 2025, and August 1, 2025.

2. Contest Mechanism:

  • Eligible social media posts must be made between April 1, 2025, and August 1, 2025. Each post on a separate social media platform earns the participant one entry.
  • Participants can increase their chances of winning by posting on multiple platforms, making multiple posts, sharing, and encouraging friends and family to like and share their posts.
  • Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms or postpone the contest at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: One winner will receive a pair of round-trip economy-class tickets from Singapore to Shanghai, with a maximum claim value of S$500 per ticket. The prize will be awarded based on post popularity (likes and shares).
  • Additional Prizes: Five additional winners will each receive a mystery prize worth S$100, awarded to the next five most popular posts from different winners.
  • Eligibility Verification: Before issuing a prize, Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd may request proof of identity, purchase invoices, social media IDs, and contact details.
  • Prize Forfeiture: Unclaimed prizes within the specified redemption period of 90 days will be forfeited.
  • Disqualification: Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd reserves the right to determine a participant’s eligibility and may disqualify any entrant at any stage if they fail to meet the requirements.

4. Winner Announcement:

  • Winners will be announced on the Bathroom Warehouse website on August 9, 2025.
  • Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd is not responsible for undelivered notifications or unclaimed prizes due to incorrect or incomplete participant information.
  • Entrants found to be in violation of these terms will be disqualified and forfeit any prizes.

5. Prize Redemption:

  • Grand Prize: One pair of economy-class round-trip tickets from Singapore to Shanghai, with each ticket claimable up to S$500.
  • Winners will be contacted via their social media post, followed by email verification and an official email confirmation.
  • Winners must book their tickets within 90 days from the confirmation email using their preferred platform and payment method. They must then submit their Flight Booking invoice/receipt to Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd to process the prize claim.
  • Payment Processing: The reimbursement will be made within 30 days of verifying the invoice.
  • Restrictions: Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reroutable. Any winner failing to board their flight will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
  • Additional Costs: Winners are responsible for any taxes and surcharges related to their tickets.
  • Final Decision: Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes related to prize redemption.

6. Liability:

  • Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd is not liable for any lost, inaccurate, or corrupted data entries, notifications, or prizes.
  • The company and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants or any other party as a result of participation or prize acceptance.
  • Entrants agree not to hold Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd accountable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the contest.

7. Ownership of Contest-Related Content:

  • Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd owns all media content generated in connection with this contest.
  • By participating, entrants grant Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd the right to use their photos, videos, and content for marketing, promotions, and communication without compensation or time restrictions.
  • Participants also waive moral rights to submitted content as permitted under applicable laws.

8. Use of Personal Data:

  • Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd will collect and use personal data for identification, contest administration, and prize distribution.
  • Providing personal data is mandatory for entry validation and prize issuance. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  • By entering, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their data as per the company’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law:

  • This contest is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be settled under Singapore’s jurisdiction.
  • If any clause in these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
  • These terms are available in English and may be translated. In case of discrepancies, the English version will prevail.
  • Wan Tai & Co (Pte) Ltd reserves the right to amend, delete, or modify these terms at its discretion without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately and are binding upon publication.
